1. Orders can be placed only via the website. Please note if any order placed on the Facebook or any other social media platforms, may or may not be processed, as it might get overlooked or missed out because of traffic on the platform. So, to confirm the order please place it on the website.
2. Please note the color of the product you ordered and check if the image of the product is ok or not. The color of the actual product may slightly vary than the picture as same image on different screens might look different. If you have confirmed the order, we shall consider that you have seen all the images of the product.
3. Once the order has been confirmed you shall receive a confirmation email containing the following details within 24hours.
– Order number
– Total items ordered with prices
– Any other expenses like delivery charges
– Total Bill Amount
– Estimated delivery time
– Payment details.

We do exchange your products if the following terms matches.

Once the exchange has been accepted by the management, the product must be returned within 7 days. Once the returned product is received by the management, we shall examine it and the further process will be carried out. Payment via Esewa is also available. If you have paid via Esewa then you need to send us the details/image of Transfer receipt to us for the confirmation.
